Then I cook accordingly. If I'm at home it's easy.
When I work, I have to prepare two meals. That is what I'm doing
as I type. I am cooking a beef (round steak), mushroom, broccoli
stirfry for one meal and the second will be the same except I'll be
using chicken. It's high day tomorrow so I get to eat a lot of
carbs. For FIVE meals to be exact! YUM!!
