Thanksgiving Day. I am
thankful for a lot of things but there is one thing I am not thankful
for today and that is pre-comp dieting :(.

I cut up over half of each and put it in a container for my brother to take home hahaha. I don't want that sitting around in my fridge! Yes, I am a mean wife and mother but my daughter and husband will understand....for now. I promise we'll be eating a lot of good food once November 18th has come and gone ;)

Everyday I look at my meal plan:
Then I cook accordingly. If I'm at home it's easy.
When I work, I have to prepare two meals. That is what I'm doing
as I type. I am cooking a beef (round steak), mushroom, broccoli
stirfry for one meal and the second will be the same except I'll be
using chicken. It's high day tomorrow so I get to eat a lot of
carbs. For FIVE meals to be exact! YUM!!
